General conditions

1. Preamble

The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the IGFR World Championship website. Any reservation made on this site assumes the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

2. Purpose

This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of reservations on the Internet, via the secure online payment platform of the US Bank.

The 59th World Championship – IGFR is a golf tournament organized by IGFR World Championship.

3. Registration for the 59th world championship

Reservations are open for registration for the 59th world championship – IGFR organized by IGFR World Championship from September 22 to September 27 in San Diego, subject to availability.

4. To reserve

After completing the registration form, click on the “register” button and you are automatically registered on the list of participants in the 59th IGFR World Championship.

5. Price

The prices mentioned on the site are indicated in US Dollar excluding tax, are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of registration and payment.
VAT is calculated based on the rate applicable on the day of registration. Transactions are made in US Dollar.
Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected in the price displayed.

6. Payment method

To pay for your participation in the tournament, you choose the payment method from those offered by the website https://igfrworldchampionship.com on the payment page.

In this case, the transaction is delivered for debit from your account within the day following the date of delivery confirmation.

Your online payments are secured by the US Bank which offers a completely secure payment service.

The participant guarantees IGFR World Championship that he has the authorizations possibly necessary to use the payment method chosen by him, when validating his registration.
In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the participant and the card issuer and between IGFR World Championship and its banking establishment apply.

7. Data confidentiality

The information requested from you is necessary for the processing of your participation and they are treated confidentially.
You have the right to rectification relating to the data concerning you.

8. Proof of transactions paid by bank card

The data recorded by the US Bank on the online payment platform on behalf of IGFR World Championship constitutes proof of commercial transactions between you and IGFR World Championship.

9. Force majeure

IGFR World Championship is only required to fulfill its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them.

IMAGE RIGHTS

By subscribing to this registration form, you agree to be photographed and filmed for the communication purposes of IGFR International.

INSURANCE

We recomend that you purchase special insurance for medical coverage and to cover the unlikely event that the Championship is cancelled, due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizing Committee.

ENTRY FORMALITIES

All members of the European Union are allowed to enter US with a valid passport. For all other nationalities, please contact your travel agent.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS

In case of cancellation of your registration before August 1st, 2024, the refund will be made with a 20% deduction.

Anytime after August 1st, 2024, no refund possible.

PAYMENT, RESERVATION AND TIMING

We will arrange and confirm your registration upon receipt of the application form and relevant payments.
